For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics or unwanted items. But if your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 1 days, and we’ll replace or refund it.  

Customers can open packages at delivery  but Can't access the Product itself because they are insured. If you have any issues, contact us, and we’ll send a courier to exchange or refund your order.  

Returns must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please check product ingredients and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
